On the 3rd of December Auckland is moving into Red. Although Red has the strictest rules and restrictions it still permits all accommodation to open to everyone. However, to stay with us we do require a My Vaccine Pass, or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of arrival date – this applies to all guests 12 years or older. We take the safety of our guests very seriously and have protocols in place which include social distancing, mask wearing and hand sanitizing.
Travelers
Although travel from outside of Auckland is allowed under all levels of the traffic light system, travel to and from Auckland will remain restricted until the 15th of December. So, to those looking to visit family and friends in the big city you will have to wait a little longer. Until then we will look forward to your arrival. What can you do under the Traffic lights system?
So, you’ve secured a room at our Greenlane Accommodation, but what can you experience during your stay? Under Red cafes, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs can all open with My Vaccine Pass and restrictions. However, those looking to have a boogey on the dance floor are going to have to wait, as groups will have to be seated separately, which meanings no dancing.
Public and private events also have the go ahead. However, usage of My Vaccine Pass is required and there is a 100-person limit.
Under Orange, all hospitality and operate without restrictions provided they require a My Vaccine Pass. When we eventually move to Green everything can operate without restriction and no business will be required to use My vaccine pass.
